Alloco Real Estate Management was founded on strong principles and values, and our family has owned and operated a residential real estate portfolio in the greater Rochester area since 1969.  Alloco was started by my father, Ralph G. Alloco, during some of our Country's worst economic times.  He started working as a mason, a carpenter and a cab driver.  In 1952 he and his two brothers founded RVA trucking, one of the largest trucking companies in Western New York.  In 1965 he purchased his first small apartment building in a suburb of Rochester.  In 1969 he ventured off in the manufactured housing business.  I had the privilege to work for my father for several years before we lost him in 1991.  At an early age my father instilled in me his strong business values and the main principal to treat each person how you want to be treated.  I thank God for the time I had to share with such a special Father and businessman.  I run my business and my life by those principles each and every day. Our experience in the ownership and management of high quality residential and commercial property is second to none. Today the Real Estate Company my dad started many years ago owns some of the highest quality real estate in Monroe and Wayne Counties.   My goal is to provide you, our valued customer, the highest quality property and service possible.  It should always be a pleasure when you pull up to a property owned and operated by Alloco Real Estate Management. With over 52 years of experience in real estate, our professional staff is dedicated in providing our residents the highest quality and service in the industry.  We pride ourselves on customer service...You will be 100% Satisfied...We Guarantee it!

I am both privileged and honored to have the opportunity to serve you.
